WebDec 18, 2014 · An update re this battery: I eventually called the AA. He did all the tests: alternator all fine, nothing draining the battery, was JUST the battery. Thank heavens for that. I pointed out the "still green" indicator, and he said "don't pay any attention to that. I bought a new one, installed it, now all fine again.
