I have tried multiple command line steps I found online. sfc /scannow didn't find anything multiple times. dism online cleanup-image restorehealth didn't do anything. chkdsk /f didn't either. I tried to delete the file using the del command with /f /s /q options. I tried using the repair tool with WinRaR.
